A superb villa and ideal location. The villa is tastefully decorated and we instantly felt at home. Kalkan is full of excellent restaurants. Do not miss the opportunity to visit.

We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan. The villa was beautiful and immaculately presented, with stunning sea and costal views. The local people were friendly and welcoming. We look forward to return in the future.

A beautiful villa in glorious surroundings. This was our second visit, and even more enjoyable than the first.

The weather was fantastic and the food in the many restaurants was of a very high standard. We would highly recommend Yesil Kaya to any of our friends and look forward to going back next year.

A group of 8 of us stayed at Yesil Kaya and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was luxurious and the pool overlooked stunning views of the sea and coastline. The freedom of having the villa not to mention the pool to ourselves made the holiday even more relaxed and fun.

Kalkan is a laid back, relaxed resort that really comes to life in the evenings when activity buzzes around the many restaurants. We went to a different restaurant every night and in every one the staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of choice. The restaurants stay open till the early hours of the morning and as well as food serve gorgeous tasting and the most elaborately decorated cocktails I’ve ever seen.

We took a couple of boat trips from Kalkan’s harbour and had a fantastic time jet-skiing, dancing with a Turkish belly dancer, fishing and of course swimming. The shops are great and you will find an array of beautiful jewellery, ornaments and rugs to browse through.

I would recommend Yesil Kaya to anyone who wants to holiday in comfort, enjoy fantastic food and be offered fantastic activities to take part in.

A gloriously designed villa! Cosy enough for couples and families; plenty of space for the horde of twenty somethings who descended upon Kalkan in the height of summer. The pool area was our favourite place to congregate, with most of us jumping in first thing in the morning and staying there most of the day. The villa is perfectly situated, a stimulating walk or a brief journey by taxi from the town, close enough not to feel isolated but calm and peaceful for sunbathing, reading and relaxing.

There’s something for everyone in Kalkan itself, with an amazing selection of bars and places to eat and drink, although we also enjoyed meals together on the outside dining table on the covered veranda. One of the highlights of the holiday for the girls of the party (and the bane of the boys’ holiday) was probably the most fantastic jewellery shops! On our return, hot and dusty and tired from town, what better way to cool off than to splash back into that pool!
