The guest or entertaining suite is a well designed, 50m space located on the lower ground floor. It comprises a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
It is connected to the main house by means of a wide marble staircase from the main hall, but it also has its own double doors to the garden. There are two sets of large windows to the living/dining area making the whole space light and airy. The rooms have air conditioning with remote control.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, cooker, combined gas and electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and kettle. The peninsular unit with its two colourful pendant lights has useful storage and its marble worktop can be used for serving or as a breakfast bar.

 There is a full set of china & cutlery for entertaining.

| Living/Dining Area |
The large dining/living area is adaptable. It can be used as the main dining area for the villa. Eight or ten people could sit comfortably for a meal that has just been cooked in the adjoining kitchen.
After the meal leisurely drinks could be served in the adjoining sitting area. The settee here opens into a double bed if needed for impromptu sleep-overs.
It could just as well be a 'chilling out' space for the older children or the younger adults. On the other hand the whole suite could be used as a private apartment for grandparents or guests.

The double/twin bedroom has large windows overlooking the bay and a built in double wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a single wardrobe with shelves.
This bedroom has two 3ft single beds (which can easily be put together to make a double bed) with bedlinen including a choice of duvet or light quilt and is supplied with towels. There is a bedside cabinet and lamp between the beds. The room is air conditioned with remote control and has a lockable door.
The tiled bathroom has a corner shower, washbasin and W.C.
