The front door on the ground floor leads into the hall and cloakroom/WC. There is a lockable door and wide marble stairs down to the lower ground floor guest/entertaining suite, and wide marble stairs to the first floor bedrooms/bathrooms.

Lounge

The spacious light and airy lounge has two large accessible sea facing balconies and access to the sea facing covered dining veranda. There is a superb sea view from the lounge and balcony.

There is comfortable seating for up to 8 persons, and the entertainment includes a satellite television and DVD player.

The room is air conditioned (which comes with a remote to control the temperature).

The main lounge opens out onto a Covered Dining Veranda, which is sea facing and also near the pool and kitchen.

It has a large, rectangular, stone-tiled table, and 8 large wrought iron carver chairs are available.

Kitchen

The villa has a separate quality kitchen with island unit and marble worktops. There is a large sea facing window overlooking the dining veranda, and double doors which open to the pool terrace and BBQ veranda.

The bedroom leads on to a dressing room that has two built in double wardrobes with hangers, and built in half height cupboard with shelving topped by a large wall mirror.

The large tiled en-suite bathroom has double washbasins set in marble topped base units with storage and a large tiled walk-in shower and W.C.

The master suite bathroom is supplied with towels and a hair dryer.

There is a lockable door to the master bedroom suite.

Double Bedroom

The double bedroom is a spacious room with large windows and a door opening on to a large pan tiled balcony, giving an uninterrupted view of the bay. This bedroom has a 5ft king-sized bed with bedlinen including a choice of duvet or quilt.

There is a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and drawers topped with a large wall mirror. The double bedroom is supplied with towels and shares a hairdryer with the twin bedroom. It has air conditioning with remote control, and a lockable door.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedroom has a door opening to a French balcony and large windows giving an uninterrupted view of the bay. This bedroom has two 3ft single beds (which can easily be put together to make a double bed) with bedlinen including a choice of duvet or light quilt.

There is a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and a single built-in wardrobe with shelves. There is a bedside cabinet and lamp between the beds and a chair in the corner. The twin bedroom is supplied with towels and shares a hairdryer with the double bedroom. It has air conditioning with remote control, and a lockable door.

Bathroom

The tiled, family bathroom is shared by the twin and double bedrooms. It has a large walk-in shower, W.C. and hand basin set into a marble top on base units with storage.
