The villa is at the top Kalkan end of Kisla Bay, the middle one of three identical properties staggered to maintain the sea views and with no further building directly to the east of the villas.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful stone walling and quality wrought iron fences and gates. The off road parking space is a grass on concrete area immediately behind the impressive wrought iron double gates.

There is also a pretty, well planted garden to the side of the house.

Plenty of outdoor lighting is a major feature of these villas. The area from the gates to the front door and guest suite doors are well lit. The pool and the pool terrace can be lit up for dining or socialising late into the evening.

The pathway to the front door cuts through a delightful array of climbing plants including colourful bougainvillea, Mediterranean shrubs and an exotic banana tree unfurling its massive leaves before your very eyes.

Covered Verandas

The main outdoor area is the pool terrace which has two covered verandas connecting it to the house. The large sea facing veranda is used for dining and has a beautiful large, stone-tiled wrought iron table. There are eight large wrought iron carver chairs available.

This dining area has excellent lighting. However, a very pleasant ambience can be created by illuminating the pool and the ornamental lamps on the stone walls surrounding the pool terrace.

The other covered veranda has an integral marble barbeque. This is in a very useful position by the kitchen door and not far from the dining veranda or poolside. There is plenty of storage for charcoal etc. under the barbeque grilling area.

Swimming Pool

The overflow pool itself is a pleasant size and has ledges for sitting on at the jacuzzi end. These can be used for getting into the pool but there is also a ladder near the deeper end. The whole of the pool area and terrace is in full sun, except for a corner by the dining veranda which is in shade in the late afternoon.

There is a cool breeze from the sea late afternoon and sitting out on the pool terrace at this time is extremely pleasant.

The pool is maintained daily but this does not affect its use in any way.

The poolside terrace is equipped with two luxuriously large, adjustable wrought iron sun loungers with wheels and six other stackable, adjustable loungers with mattresses. There are two large cantilevered parasols to provide shade. Eight large pool towels are provided.
